- Accept and manage incoming orders from consumers and buyers within the specific market assigned to you.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and management of the assigned market area.
- Ensure that all customer orders placed within the market are properly received, acknowledged, and processed by the respective administrative sales personnel.
- Follow up with sellers, producers, and suppliers to ensure that purchased products are prepared, processed, and transported to the designated pickup locations.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport personnel to ensure efficient handling and movement of orders.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes and ensure that deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- For home delivery or DSA delivery options, take primary responsibility for resolving delivery challenges and arranging alternative delivery solutions when necessary.
- Maintain communication between buyers, sellers, and logistics operators to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
