- Develop and implement comprehensive digitalization and Industry 4.0 strategies that align with the overall business goals.Technology Integration:
- Oversee the implementation and integration of core technologies such as cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things (IoT), AI, big data analytics, and cloud computing into manufacturing and business processes.Process Optimization:
- Drive the automation and optimization of manufacturing and supply chain processes to improve efficiency, productivity and product quality.Data Management:
- Establish robust data collection, classification and analysis capabilities to support real-time decision-making and performance monitoring.Change Management and Leadership:
