- Fully Plan Work Orders, including: Review outstanding work orders with priority P3 or P4 to identify jobs to be planned and create reservations and requisitions for parts, materials, services and special tools and equipment.
- Develop with assistance from Maintenance Data Engineers, detailed job plans and discuss quality with General Foreman Planning and / or Senior Maintenance Planner.
- Identify required permits, services and materials, as well as job hazards
- Write effective and quantitative preventative Maintenance procedures (PMs) and detailed scope of work for job plans.
- Assist the Asset Reliability Group as a maintenance / Subject Matter Expert in the reliability centered maintenance strategies and assist with implementing those strategies.Technical Skills, Education / Training & Experience
- A degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years working experience or HND in Electrical Engineering with 4 years related work experience (Preferably in a gold process plant).
- Proficient in industrial controls (PLCs, motor control controls, control valves, electrical distribution, and industrial instrumentation for flow, pressure and temperature
- Knowledge of maintenance principles, industry standards, work management process CMMS (Ellipse/SAP), planning and scheduling.
- Ability to provide management and support staff with clear, detailed, verbal instructions or guidance to perform their assigned roles.
