Job descriptionKey Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and organize raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations
- Prepare stock issue and dispatch records accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or variances promptly
- Ensure proper warehouse clea...nliness, organization, and safety
- Support loading, unloading, and dispatch coordination
- Track damaged, expired, or missing stock and report issues immediately
- Work closely with production, operations, and finance teams to maintain stock accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company inventory and warehouse proceduresRequirements
- Minimum SHS, HND, or Diploma qualification
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, storekeeping, or logistics operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory recording and stock reconciliation
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Basic Excel or computer knowledge is an advantage
