- Be a citizen of Ghana
- ...Ideally have a minimum of Second Class Upper Division, Bachelor's Degree
- Secure admission into a recognized University in the host country
- Not be more than 35 years old
- Demonstrate commitment to return (if programme is undertaken outside Ghana) to Ghana upon completion of the course to contribute to national development
- Have successfully completed the National Service Scheme;

- Be a citizen of Ghana
- Have Master's Degree in relevant discipline
- Secure admission into a recognized university in the country of study
- Not be a beneficiary of scholarship administered by another institution

- Have a letter of consent from a proposed supervisor

- Be a citizen of Ghana
- Undertake the programme in Ghana
- Secure admission into a recognized university in Ghana to pursue a course of study in; Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Oil and Gas related discipline

- Not be current beneficiary of scholarship administered by another institution
- Demonstrate commitment to enroll in the National Service Scheme upon completing
