The minimum requirements of each member are listed below.Senior Engineer
- Minimum a Master's in Public Health or Social Sciences;
- Minimum 10 years hands on experience in promotion of household sanitation in Ghana;
- Experience with CLTS and social marketing;
- Must have been involved in similar assignment in the last seven (7) years;
- Experience as a team leader in at least two (2) projects of this nature.
- Strong knowledge of the sanitation and hygiene sector in Ghana;
- Ability to effectively and respectfully work with and lead a team of professionals; and
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Social Mobilisation and Communication Specialist (Community Development Expert)
- Minimum MA in social sciences, Public Health or related field;
- At least 10 years of experience in community development;
- Minimum of six (6) years in conducting formative research and the design of BCC strategies;
- Strong knowledge of sanitation solutions and technologies in Ghana;
- Proven experience in conducting focus group discussions;
- Strong knowledge of the sanitation and hygiene sector in Ghana; and
- Ability to effectively and respectfully work with a team of professionals.Sanitation Engineer
- Minimum Bachelor's level degree in relevant field such as civil engineering;
- At least five (5) years of proven and successful experience in developing and implementing compound latrine programmes;
